2.4 International FR Zone :
|
|
|
Zone 1 : Applied for customers in Vietnam using
FR to the Countries : Japan, China, Singapore,
Thailand, HongKong, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia,
Indonesia, Phillippines, taiwan, South Korea.

|
| Zone 2 : Applied for customers in
Vietnam using FR to other remaining countries. |

| 3. Discount |
|
3.1 Installation charge discount :
|
|
| - FR service provider regulates
the detail of installation discount for customers
in case of : |
|
+ Customer leases many ports : Maximum discount
shall not over 30%.
|
|
+ The customer installs by themselves , the
service provider makes test and acceptance
report only : Charge shall be less or equal
to 20% installation charge
|
|
+ Service provider upgrade, decrease port
speed, port move: Charge shall be less than
or equal to 50% installation charge
|
|
3.2 Decrease port charge, PVC/CIR charge.
|
|
| - The service provider regulated
the detail for discount of the port leasing charge,
channel leasing charge in case of : the customer
leases many ports, long term leasing contract,
payment in advance, special customers. The maximum
discount level shall not be exceed 15% ofthe relevant
port leasing charge,PVC/CIR leasing charge. |
